Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie pflegen diverse Datenbanken und nehmen bewertungsrelevante Prüfungen vor
  • Analyse von Anlagebegrenzungen und Risikorestriktionen gemäß den regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Analyse von Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken (ESG Risiken) und Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensinternen Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Finanzumfeld oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzwesen
  • Grundlegende Vertrautheit mit Finanzmarktinstrumenten und der Funktionsweise der Börse
  • Sie sind in der Lage, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch wäre ein Pluspunkt
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse mit der Software MS-Office, insbesondere mit Excel.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie stimmen sich mit zuständigen Behörden sowie externen Dienstleistern und Wirtschaftsprüfern rund um die Erstellung der Jahres- bzw. Halbjahresberichte ab.
  • Sie unterstützen die Kollegen bei der Erstellung, Aktualisierung und dem Versand der wesentlichen Anlegerinformationen (KIID / PRIIP-KID).
  • Sie organisieren Kapitalmaßnahmen für deutsche und luxemburgische Fonds.
  • Sie wirken beim Versand MiFID II-relevanter Daten (Zielmarkt, Kostentransparenz, EMT, (c)EPT) mit.
  • Sie überwachen und pflegen die von uns eingesetzten Systeme und bringen sich in abteilungsrelevante Projekte ein.

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Finanzumfeld oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzwesen
  • Ein Minimum von zwei Jahren Berufserfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position im Finanzdienstleistungssektor (idealerweise bei einer Verwaltungsgesellschaft oder einem Wirtschaftsprüfer)
  • Tiefgehende Vertrautheit mit Finanzmarktinstrumenten und Anlageinstrumenten
  • Sie sind in der Lage, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst zu arbeiten

Senior Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

for their Luxembourg office.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for producing timely and accurate compliance and AML reports for the AIFM.
  • You will need to escalate any compliance/AML findings to the conducting officer and the executive committee.
  • Preparation of compliance Committee Minutes and the related documentation.
  • In this role you will support and assist in any request coming from the internal and external auditor of the AIFM from a compliance/AML point of view.
  • The guarantee the correct handing of complaints and oversee the delegated functions by doing the due diligence exercises.

Your profile:

  • Master in Law or an equivalent degree
  • Holder of relevant Compliance AML certificates
  • A minimum of five years professionalö experience in a Compliance or AML related function in an AIFM.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment funds industry compulsory
  • Capable to review policies and procedures to comply with the relevant regulations.
  • Sorrow knowledge of AIFMD legislation and CSSF Circular 18/698.
  • Familiar with Delegates Oversight and Complaints Handling.

Accounting expert (m/f/d)

for their office in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent preparation of month-end reportings and annual accounts according to Lux GAAP and IFRS
  • Day-to-day book keeping of financial and accounting transactions in SAP
  • Account payables management including reviewAnalysing risk limits of the company’s new funds
  • Maintenance of the standard chart of accounts in Lux GAAP and IFRS within SAP
  • Liquidity management and cash-flow forecasting
  • There is the possibility to grow within the next 3 years by expanding responsibilities to the German Branch under German GAAP (HGB)

Your profile:

  • University background with a degree in accounting and controlling
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Expertise in IFRS and Lux GAAP
  • Expertise with stand-alone financial statements and consolidations (with German GAAP (HGB) being a potential to expand responsibilities)
  • Being fluent in English and German
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office products
  • SAP experience is considered a plus
