Our client, an international investment management company, is seeking a skilled Fund Operations & Oversight Specialist to join their cross-border team. Due to their constant growth, we are currently searching for a motivated
Fund Operations & Oversight Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure that decisions made by fund Boards are properly implemented and documented, particularly within official documents such as prospectuses.
- Manage the annual and semi-annual reporting process for various funds.
- Oversee the operational implementation of projects, including fund launches, mergers, and liquidations.
- Maintain accuracy and proper dissemination of fund data.
- Enhance and execute oversight controls for funds domiciled in Luxembourg and Denmark.
- Update and maintain company policies, procedures, and work guides to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Actively contribute to cross-border collaboration between teams in Luxembourg and Denmark.

Your profile:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in fund administration, ideally within a Management Company, Central Administrator, regulator, or consultancy firm.
- Solid knowledge of oversight regulatory requirements and fund regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent structuring abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
